Good fats, clean protein and smart carbohydrates mean this simple 5 minute snack is packed full of nutrients for a sustained release of energy.
1 cup activated almonds
1 cup dates
2 Tb raw cacao
1/2-1 cup coconut
2Tb chia seeds
Blitz almonds in food processor to achieve fine blend.
Add all other ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes until well mixed.
Mix will be sticky to the touch and will easily hold together. Roll into balls, bars as desired.
Can roll in extra cacao or coconut for variation.
Refrigerate to keep if there is any to keep.
