Refunds and Returns

 

Change of mind:

We offer returns for change of mind within 14 days. Simply return your order in its original and unused condition. We'll happily organise an exchange or store credit following inspection of return. 

 

Faulty or Damaged orders:

All orders are inspected prior to despatch as part of our quality assurance system. In the event there is any damage in transit with your order, please contact us at hello@whollygrail.com as soon as possible, within 24 hours. This is where we go into detective mode to determine the circumstances of the damage and make necessary adjustments to our systems and procedures to minimise risk of damage for subsequent deliveries. We request that you take photos of the parcel and the order, taking care to ensure the damage is evident in your photos and send to us, along with your best contact information and details of your order.

We will investigate and aim to process and resolve your submission within 48 hours, communicating with your nominated contact information.
