Shipping

In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we use a streamlined approach to shipping and engage a combination of Australia Post and a variety of courier services to keep costs manageable and to leverage the relative strengths of the carriers. We partner with couriers who offer a carbon neutral service for our deliveries.

 

Australia wide & New Zealand:

National delivery is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, our delivery charges within Australia and for all New Zealand orders are:

We know just how much our customers look forward to receiving their orders, so we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Australia wide, a good estimate of our delivery times from dispatch at our warehouse are;

Sydney                      1-2 days

East Coast                3-4 days

WA, NT, FNQ            5-7 days

 

Internationally;

For our international orders, we partner with DHL’s extensive worldwide network to provide the fastest and most reliable service. This is determined with DHL’s competitive shipping calculator and is easily reflected when your order is updated at the checkout. While both shipping cost and delivery time is determined by parcel weight and destination, DHL’s extensive network ensures that most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from warehouse despatch. Some remote areas will exceed this time estimate.

All Wholly Grail orders offer
parcel tracking, to give you the best estimate of when your parcel will arrive. In the event that you are not present to receive your order, you will receive a calling card from the carrier to acknowledge they have attempted delivery, advising where you may collect your parcel or providing contact details to arrange redelivery. We encourage our customers to use the tracking information available to ensure someone is present to receive your order as repeated delivery attempts may attract a subsequent charge by the carrier.

You may request the parcel be left at the delivery address in your absence. Please be aware that with this authorisation, the responsibility of the parcel is transferred to you from delivery. Wholly Grail does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels requested to be left unattended.

Packaging & Handling

Maintaining the integrity of your order during transit and through to delivery is our priority. We use a combination of recycled materials and sustainable, recyclable and compostable packaging from sustainable sources. We select the packaging that best fits your order - because that makes sense, right?

It could be our FSC certified, recycled cardboard liners and boxes, our compostable bags or perhaps reusing materials that come into our warehouse. We will reuse cardboard and packaging materials, including insulating materials that have been sent to us, to protect your order and ensure it arrives in its original, pre packaged condition. If reusing packaging materials is unavailable, we'll use a recyclable or compostable alternative, in keeping with our commitment and responsibility to tread lightly on our earth.
